Trade in value adjusted

I was told to wait for the trade in value to be adjusted, but it has been 3 billing cycles and still no change. I was promised $1000 per phone and was given $80 and $200. I can't seem to talk with anyone who actually understands what I am asking for. Does anyone know specifically what number I could call for trade in value adjustment? At this point, I feel Verizon has stolen 2 of my phones. I traded in 7 phones; 5 of them worked perfectly for the trade in; the other 2 are the ones I am having a problem with.
