I upgraded my device via Apple in December 2023 with a trade in device promo with Verizon. I received the new device, activated it and mailed in my trade-in device with the box provided by Apple.
I received confirmation email in January 2024 and in my order history with Apple that the devices was received and my credit was good to go.
It has been 3 billing cycles. I have been paying for the device that is suppose to be $0 via bill credit. There is no bill credit, but there is definitely the payment plan charge. have gotten the run around with customer support and disconnected several times in chat. The latest tonight, I was told that Verizon doesn’t have record of receiving it and it isn’t at their warehouse and I need to contact Apple. When I talk to Apple they say I need to talk to Verizon, I have an email saying the trade in was complete. The credit needs to be applied to my bill.

The trade-in was received and processed by Apple. Like I said, I received an email confirmation that the trade-in was successful and the details of the promotional trade-in bill credit that I should be receiving. I have talked to Apple and I have talked to Verizon multiple times there is no reason I should not be having the bill credits.

What ever came of this? They're not applying my bill credits either.
