I am being valued Verizon customer for 1.5 years . Now I noticed that I paid 3400$ for 2 devises and 1 iPad during this 1.5 years. I pay 233$ every month. In the beginning I trade in my iPhone 11 Pro Max to get 13 pro max and received 1000$ off . Then after 6 months I decided to change to 14 pro max . Paid pull balance for my 13 pro max and got 14 pro max . No one told me That I will lose my 1000$ off. I gave my 11 pro max to Verizon for almost free, paid fully my 13 pro max, now paying for 14 pro max. Tried to reach out customer service , no help.
