Decided to get a new phone. Was told I would receive $600 for old phone. Found out that the $600 would be paid me at $17 a month for 36 months.
I would have never agreed to this deal. Was never told this.
I was expecting a full refund on my old phone or at least a credit paid over a few months applied to my bill.
Feel as though I was taken advantage of by Verizon.
Will be passing this on to others so they are not taken advantage of. Been a Verizon customer since 1966. Ask me how it's been going?
