I am a 20 year customer, thought I was doing an easy trade in online to receive $830 trade in credit. Long story short - 3 hours spent on phone with customer service to trips to the Verizon store to return the phone and still no resolution. My bill increased, told I had to change phone plans on all my lines!!!
