Trade ins lost by Verizon

Sent in iPhone 13’s in July and Verizon tracking shows them delivered to their warehouse, but never got confirmation for promotional credits. Been dealing with this for months.

I had a similar experience. They also lost my trade-in record, and thankfully I still had the tracking number. Otherwise, they would have pretended it never happened. Their engineers are truly amazing—losing records carelessly and then pushing the issue onto agents to handle. The agents, on the other hand, are just as "impressive." When they can’t resolve the issue, they simply disappear and pass it on to the next agent. And of course, there’s no one you can actually complain to about this mess.

I know I’ve talked with about 15 different customer service agents and they always tell me 7-10 days or 3-5 days and that Verizon always makes it right and it will be resolved. So tired of the lies.
