I placed an order for the new iPhone 15 Pro at Costco, and I received it without any issues. On October 31st, I shipped my Pixel 5 for a trade-in worth $830. However, when I contacted customer care today, they mentioned that they haven't received the package. Upon checking the package status, it indicates a delay. I initiated the call with UPS, I was advised to escalate the matter with the UPS store.
While on the call with UPS, I informed the Verizon representative through chat, and she initiated an escalation in Verizon.
My main concern is that I've come across numerous posts where users have shared bad experiences with similar situations. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
