Upgrade experience

I'll say this: do some shopping before you decide to upgrade your phone with Verizon. I've been a customer for 16 years and I cannot imagine a worst customer experience than what I have gone through. I've spent more than a dozen hours on phones, in the app in chats, on website chats, in SMS chats.

It makes me want to cancel but the hassle is pretty big.
