I have been trying for over 30 minutes to get an answer to my question regarding my Apple Watch trade in. Person couldn't answer my question and kept just giving me information that was wrong and didn't read the information before I was transferred to his area to find out what I wanted. I am tired of calling Verizon and getting told wrong information. I am tired of starting a chat with Verizon and getting wrong information. You have told your representatives to help sell products instead of answering a client's question(s). If this is how your service is going to be, I'll leave.
