Beware... I sent in an old iPad Air at the beginning of November using the shipping label received with my upgrade device. UPS confirmed it was delivered a couple of days later with proof of delivery.
Verizon pestered me for weeks to ship it and when I called customer service more than once I was told not to worry, they were backlogged and I would get my credit.
I mean... Amazon confirms packages as soon as the carrier touches them -- No excuse for this level of customer service.
The returned iPad didn't have any market value, but Verizon assured me as long as it met the criteria it would be fine... It did. The battery wasn't great, but it worked . Certainly good enough for small promotional value they were offering.
TODAY 12/29/2023 I get a email saying the device was shipped today, received today and assessed today and found to not meet expectations... I get ZERO.
Can Verizon send it back to me? I used it every day before sending it in...
Won't ever fall for this again.

Hello, LongtimeVerzionCustomer, I'm sorry to hear your iPad that was sent for trade-in didn't meet the mark to receive a credit to your account. To answer your question, once a device is sent to our warehouse, we are unable to send it back to you. Please click here: https://www.verizon.com/support/trade-in-program-faqs/ for additional details on our trade-in program.
