Verizon E-Gift Card is not working

  • I switched to verizon and sumbitted my device for a trade in before i e-transferred from t-mobile. My trade in was received and assessed to which i was given a $290.00 Gift Card. However when i go to use this gift card it says the pin is invalid and doesn’t work. I would like to get some type of support for this as this is gonna cause alot of issues with my upcoming billing cycles. This feels like robbery as i could have sold my previous phone for more.
