Pin isn't working and I've experienced the same things everyone has experienced. I've spent over 6 hours of my valuable time on the phone with so many people and departments. I switched to Verizon for this promo and so far it has been a nightmare switching to Verizon. I would like my issue of an invalid pin resolved. The Verizon e-gift card was sent to my email from the trade-in department for my TRADE so I could switch to Verizon. I would just like the full amount credited to my account. Until this issue is resolved, I will not be paying for my cell service.
Please help in resolving this matter.
