Verizon has not honored our promotional credit agreement

I went on verizons website to upgrade my mother's phone to iphone 15.  She had an iphone xr.  I went through the process which prompted me to change her plan to unlimited welcome and verizon offered a promotional trade-in credit of $415.  I agreed and purchased the iphone 15 with promotional credit of $11.53/mo for 36 months for the trade.  it said that market value was $76 and promotional value was $339.  I have a purchase receipt detailing all of the terms and screenshots of the website confirming the trade in credit.

When my mother went to the store to trade in the old phone, the rep said he could only do $100.  When my mother told him verizon agreed to give $415 credit h e said if they agreed it should be no problem but to give verizon a call and deal directly.  I called and have been on the phone for 1 hour and 15 min now (and counting) waiting to speak to a supervisor since the rep could not figure out how to honor the agreement.  This is a classic bait and switch shameful behavior.  Since all of this was done online, I can't be the only one getting swindled?

After sending in the device per your advice, Verizon is trying to continue with the bait and switch.  The device was returned in good condition but now Verizon is trying to blame a plan change, which I did at the direction of Verizon to even get the promotion in the first place.  In fact, the plan is even detailed explicitly in the purchase receipt!  This is a blatant bait and switch and I need your help to have the original agreement honored as you assured me  in private messages.
