Verizon is the absolute worst. They also lost my phone for trade in and I did an upgrade as well and they send my two envelopes so I put one phone in each and sent them both in one box with UPS. they are saying they only received one phone which is a lie and charged me $400 on my account for the upgrade phone which they received!!! I was on the phone with them for hours also got no where and I will definitely not be paying that, and they will be either fixing the issue or they are canceled and I’ll keep the new phone and just switch. Can anyone help?!
