Switched over to Verizon at the end of September 2023 and got new phones with the Trade In Promotion. I mailed 2 iphones (8 and 8max) using the prepaid parcel they sent me.
UPS tracking shows delivered to Verizon Return Center on October 9th.
After 2 months, Dec 5th, I got an email from Verizon saying I have not met the deadline for the trade in and will start charging me!
I have called 3 times to their customer service number and all 3 representatives were incompetent and had no answer for me!
So where are the phones I sent you???
I demand my credit.
