Verizon rep calls back desperate for 5 rating

I had an issue with a missing trade-in so I had a call with Verizon. My trade-in issue did not get resolved, however the the rep "Mary" called me back 5 minutes later. I thought she might have found my trade-in, but no. She wanted to make sure I responded to the survey and to give her a 5 rating. She said she was trying to get a job promotion. She actually wanted to wait on the phone while I responded to the survey text. I felt like I had to give her the five rating or she might do something to sabotage my trade in credit.
