I submitted a trade in for a device on the 1st of September, then I got an email saying Verizon got it on the 16, and then started assessing it and then it said estimated: Sep 21, it is now October 10, I have not received any email about the trade in, every time I do a Verizon chat they close it on me which I have screenshots of, and I have been lied to numerous times by reps saying that I will receive it on this date or this date and it still has not happened.
