I have been trying to receive credits for the 3 phones I traded in for 2 years. I have already paid off the new phones and still fighting to get my credits. They just hang up and don’t process my credit. One rep will see it is due and says it will be added to my account and the next one will say there are no notes in the account. Very frustrating. You can not talk to anyone other than customer service over seas. Need help getting to someone that can actually resolve this as they have taken it away from the actual Verizon in store representatives.
