MONTHS ago I elected for an early upgrade on my husbands phone to get him the new s24 ultra for his birthday. That was in March. It’s now almost July and I’m still stuck in this awful run-around with Verizon. They can’t tell me anything, UPS won’t work with me and now I’m stuck with a massive bill every month. I’ve seen other posts where people only reached a resolution after making the incident public so hopefully someone sees this ?
I’m pretty much over Verizon as a whole. We'll most likely be switching to T-Mobile in the near future but they really aren’t much better.

We are concerned to learn that you have had this issue for months. Our goal is to help and find out what is going on with your device Trade-In. Please tell us, do you happen to have the Submission ID and tracking number handy? Have you been able to check the status in our Trade-In Page?
