I DECIDED TO CANCEL MY WIFE BOOST ACCOUNT ON 12/10/22 AND ADD HER TO VERIZON WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE, THEY SENT A EMPTY BOX FIRST NO PHONE, HAD TO CANCEL THAT ORDER, THEY I PLACED ANOTHER ORDER, NOW PHONE ON BACK ORDER, WILL BE SHIPPED ON 30TH, TWO DAY SHIP, HA HA, CALL TO CHECK STATUS GUESS WHAT OH THE AGREEMENT WAS APPROVED, HA HA, NOW THIS ORDER HAS TO BE CANCEL, TALKED TO REP. NAMED DONNA, PLACE A NEW ORDER AND TOLD HER I WOULD PICK IT UP AT A STORE, AND ASKED HER 3 TIMES WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS I'VE BEEN HAVING I DIDN'T WANT TO GET TO THE NEAREST STORE NEAR ME AND HAVE A PROBLEM, OH NO EVERYTHING IS FINE,  HA HA, GUESS WHAT SHE PLACED ANOTHER ORDER TO BE SHIP, OMG, IT'S NOVE 1/2/2023 STILL NO PHONE, WOW, AND GET THIS I'VE BEEN WITH THEM 27 YEARS, WORD OF ADVICE DON'T SWITCH KEEP YOUR CURRENT PROVIDER.
