In February 2023 I went to a Verizon store to upgrade my phone, which I did. The representative took my "old" phone and told me he would send it to Verizon so I would receive my (promised) $1010 credit for the new phone. That has been 2 months ago, and I am still being billed monthly for the upgrade. I did a chat with Verizon for over two hours and no conclusion to my inquirers as to when will my credit be applied to my bill. The person I was chatting with stopped responding to my questions. This is horrible customer service. I will be going back to the store in MN to demand my credit be applied. If this does not happen I will be contacting the MN Attorney General and the BBB. Last option will be posting my complaint on social media.
