I bought my new phone last July. I only got the new phone cause the Verizon rep stated I would get $800 for my old phone applied to the new phone. There was nothing at all wrong with my old phone. I noticed today I am still being charged the full price for the new phone. After chatting with an agent I am told that $800 is spread out in a credit only. I am still responsible for the full price of the phone. This is not what I was told when I upgraded. My service has went completely down hill since they "rolled" out their 5g along with everyone else I know who has Verizon. I have given them enough time to correct this issues but now I am ready to leave. If I leave they got my old, in perfect condition iphone max 11 for $100. I could have sold that phone for alot more money and not gotten shafted or even never traded to begin with BUT LIKE ALWAYS I was lied to yet again by a sales rep and shafted in the end. I have no trust left for this company or its employees. I have been a customer for 7 yrs. Always pays my bills on time but I have had enough. Your service isnt worth the headaches.

The issue is “credit” instead of taking that off the cost of the phone up front. You can’t fix your bad service and you are already well aware cause I don’t know one person who wasn’t said something just to be told some made up stuff.
