I just traded in my S7 Edge for a new S23+For the last few weeks, while watching Riverdale, there is a commercial starring Seth Myers that says new and existing customers can get any phone of their choice free. Why wasn't I offered a free phone? When I spoke with the agent at Verizon.com, and signed into my account, I was only offered a trade in of up to $800.00 off the phone. Why was I not offered a totally free phone like in the commercial?
