I traded in my old phone in February and In April I switched to a new line which voids promotions. I understand I over looked that part of the deal and it is what it is. The problem is I didn't get paid for the trade and Verizon took my phone. So where does that leave me? I'm in a whole payment plan with my new phone and Verizon basically said to bad so sad and took my phone and isn't willing to offer me anything for the lost promotion or stealing my phone
Any advice on what to do as I'm basically out 400 dollars?
