I highly suggest VZW get all their Reps on the same page. As an FYI there is a 55+ Loyalty Discount for those of us that DO NOT reside in Florida. It was NOT discontinued as I've been misinformed at least twice. VZW get your act together. This misinformation was NOT from a Offshore Vendor Call Center either, but rather a US Call Center.
It's simple the Rep can complete a form and submit it or if you're lucky and you're 55+ it will appear in your Rewards Offers
