For the past several months I've noticed that when on my mobile from LTE coverage to 5G all my apps don't connect easily. This has been all up and down the east coast. Is this a problem any of you have encountered? Solved?

I'm sorry you've been having trouble with some of your apps. Could you share more details on what kind of connection problem you're having with them?

Uncertain about anyone else, but I'm experiencing slowing also. Connection to wifi has dropped off from 4 bar to many times just 2 bars and I'm at home. Add'lly, calls being made thru WhatsApp have a connection delay. What's really going on? Why are our phones all of a sudden unable to properly use the network?

Angelaanne, my suspicion is simply that the network in your area is congested. It's an ever-growing problem with cell towers in heavily populated areas. It's the same thing in my area, but my data speeds get better late at night or early in the morning on weekends. About the only solution to this problem is for more cell towers to be installed or the existing towers to get upgraded.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Hello, angelaanne. Help is here as having great service is a must! Please tell me more. I see you stated there are issues with Wi-Fi. Do you have Verizon Wireless Home Internet services (not FIOS) or get Wi-Fi from a different home internet provider?
