Auto pay reduced, Loyalty is not recognize any longer

Why Verizon customers need to suffer, we signed up for $10 deduction each line if we signed up for auto pay. Verizon happily took our bank account information, now they’re reducing our discount! And they’re “recommending” , this other new plan so you’ll get the same billing every month, which it will be more money for the customer if you change your plan. They grandfathered your plan but they didn’t grandfathered your discount. 
Let me add on this message that “being loyal is not a thing anymore because Verizon don’t care.” Verizon please stop putting that you’re thankful for your loyal customers because you’re actually not.
