Billing issue

This company is a mess. The billing is a mess. Since I upgraded and added a new line, verizon has charged me close to 1500 in two months. This is obviously not correct. I have spoken to customer service reps twice, spending HOURS to resolve. Both times they said it was or would be resolved and both times nothing changed. The first representative went through everything line by line with me and agreed I was overcharged by around 800 dollars. then the next bill was 600. When I called back the rep said there were no notes on the account and nothing she could see that was changing. How frustrating!!! I spent another hour explaining this mess again (itโ€™s rather complicated) and had to leave for an appt. The rep said, I will figure this out and call you back. Then never did. I am so frustrated with verizon. This is not to mention that before all of this- my bill went up suddenly 35 dollars for no reason and for months I was being overcharged without realizing. Sad to see after 19 years with verizon.
