Bring your phone and add a line at no cost

Received a Text to add a line for no cost on 6/20/2025 & 6/30/2025 if I bring my own phone.  Just to pay taxes and fees of $8 a month and waiving the $35 activation fee.  What a nightmare trying to apply this offer to my account.

First I was told I needed to speak to a supervisor to apply this offer.  Then to call back since the rep could not handle my request.  After talking to 7 different rep, I finally got a qualified rep to help me redeem my offer and we were disconnected in the middle of the ESIM activation.  No returned phone call.  After calling back and waiting on hold a extremely long time.  I was transferred to David (Supervisor) and informed me that the offer was expired???WHAT??  After spending 5 hours on this afternoon. This is the resolution.   Unacceptable!  Please have someone call me to apply my offer and activate my existing IPHONE.

If you still haven't been able to get your phone activated, click on the Verizon CS rep's picture from their post above and use the "send message" button because they have to access your account, so they won't be responding publicly in the forums.  Since your phone is going to be randomly disconnected while they're setting things up, you need to use a computer or a different phone.  Alternatively, login to your account on a computer/other device and use the live chat function where you type "live agent" to get past the AI bot.
