Can’t claim my 65” TV offer

I bought Unlimited 5plus plan and IPhone 15 pro because they were saying get 65” inch 4k tv on us. But now when I try to claim offer it says offer has expired. If I’m not getting tv then what’s the point of getting unlimited plus plan and New device? Please if anyone from Verizon is reading this help me to claim my offer.

Yes I did you guys baited me I talked to customer service 5-6 times still haven’t been able get anything from you guys. I’ll give you bad review everywhere because it’s been a month still I haven’t got anything from you guys only reason I got unlimited plus plan and iPhone 15 pro because I wanted to get tv but you guys baited me.

Citboi1013, sorry you've been having some issues with claiming a promotion. To help take a look at that, can you give me just some general details about what you purchased to qualify and roughly when? Don't need any order details just a general sense of where and when. That will let me narrow down which specific promo we're working with.

Yes same for me that's the only reason i got the phone was for the TV and now i haven't seen the promotion to try and reclaim it. I spoke to someone and they said they'd send an email on the 2nd of August.

I just claimed mine this morning. No issues to redeem or order it. Code worked just fine. Will receive it through Amazon on the 26th of this month. 1 week. I hope y’all get through and are able to redeem y’all’s.

This is ridic-u-lous! I haven’t received my $200 gift card or my TV. The link was on there and it said I would be able to request today after 30 days. I went in today and the link is gone! What a complete jokeI bought this phone for my daughter and I thought the TV was perfect because she is going to college in the Fall and it would be a great deal. And nothing!
