Have chat with a female name Tina. Asked me 4 times what i want, 40 min conversation she is not even reading . Just keep responding with written scripts . And repetitively asking if i can explain, while i sent her ss . When i saw ss wasn’t delivered i sent her copy paste text message also typing it. Intentionally not helping customers is definitely should be penalize.

Tysm for responding. I got someone very helpful helped me thru the online process and i have myself used your online site to redeem my rebate. I did rcv the rebate card and also use it as a default payment to pay my fios bills. So far i am happy

Verizon has the absolute, hands down,  worst customer service in all mobile providers. I have been on the phone in excess of 3 hours with incompetent representatives across multiple departments. Jeraline, Gillette  and Julianne in Finance Services to be the worst low class representatives I have ever spoken with. There is a clear error on my account status. I have no balance; no late fees/charges or missed payments. I asked for a paper bill in lieu of no auto pay even with the discount because I want to see exactly what I’m being billed for. Verizon does not want you to see a monthly statement. Why? On my statement I had been over charged $64.52. The money was credited back however there was a restriction on my account preventing me from adding an additional line. I’m so done with Verizon that I will be paying this phone off in February and canceling all services with Verizon. I will also tell any and everyone even walking past a Verizon store of the horrible, incompetent, non English speaking representatives that employee at least 97% of the company.
