Verizon has very poor customer service. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue for several days now. I am continuously having to give the same information to every representative I talk to. I guess they don’t have notes. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a cell phone company. I switched to this company due leaving a small city and moving to a bigger city. Thus far, I am highly displeased and I do not recommend Verizon.
