Hello
I keep posting here and get lots of initial responses from Verizon saying how they would hate to see me go, how I'm such a valuable customer, etc., but when I tell them what I want to stay no one gets back to me. I'm not asking for much and given how little I tax the network with my usage I would think they would like to keep me.
Does anyone have any suggestions on who to speak with to help keep existing customers from switching?
Thank you.

Quick update: I just wasted 25min chatting with two Verizon reps who were unable to help me even though they really really wanted me to stay. It's very disappointing to be treated this way when I know that there are ways to make this work.
I hope I will hear from someone at verizon by the end of the day to help because I know the other carriers would love to have me.

Did you ever get anywhere with them?
I'm like you, been with Verizon for over 20 years.
I've talked to a few reps, and really disappointed with the ability of any representative I talk to, to help me. They refuse to forward me to anyone who can address my issue.
My main issue is that it's just wrong new customers are getting better deals than existing customers.
At this point, I just want management and marketing to come back and agree this practice is wrong and to change it.

Verizon didn't come near offering what I was able to get. I got a free Samsung 23+, Unlimited TT&D, great international coverage, Free Netflix, Free Apple TV, and paying less per month on the 55 and over plan and I didn't need to return my current phone. Just took a trip and the coverage was as good as Verizon but mine was 5G nearly all the time. My wife not so much since she still has Verizon.
The change was easy to do and worth it.
