I have called the phone number but I feel like it just falls on deaf ears.
Since 10/17/2024, this phone upgrade has been a nightmare. I have spent 3 hours and 48 minutes on phone calls with various representatives to try and get my phone or the other phone working last week or dealing with being double billed for one upgrade. I did not receive call backs from two team members that said they would call me back. They could have told me I needed to call back but didn't. Both team members said on recording that they would call me back and we agreed upon the time in which they would call. I waited for 20 minutes past the agreed upon time before I called in out of frustration. One tier 2 tech even said that I wouldnโt have the problems I did when I addressed my concerns about using a different numbers upgrade for mine. That number had to go 22 hours without a phone because it moved that number and my number into one phone. Then I called when I said theres an actual sim and not an esim I keep getting told we need to change numbers. There has been a lack of integrity in this company. Now I get charged twice from all this chaos. One order gets cancelled, but the charge does not. Then the rep changes how I get my upgrade, and I pay that phone off too. This phone upgrade has been the worst customer experience ever. I get I am one person and don't mean anything to this company. Apparently 15 years with a company doesn't mean anything either. As a consumer I can choose where I spend my money. I just want to make sure Verizon management is aware of how their customers are not being taken care of when there are issues. There is a lack of integrity, responsibility, and care of the customer.

10/16/24 - 2:10 pm - 1 hour 25 minutes - This rep told me she would call me back next day.
10/17/24 - 9:02 am - 31 minutes - This rep told me she would call me back that day and never did.
10/17/24 - 2:24 pm - 24 minutes - This rep was amazing. Only rep worth recognizing for great job!
