2 days in a row the online assistant chat logs out after I receive the pop-up to continue. (you press CONTINUE). As soon as you press it, you are logged out. Chat is gone. Happened 2 days in a row, after about an hour of chat.
I am trying to upgrade a couple phones and add a line to an existing 3 line plan. I get conflicting from the 2 different assitants and from the offers page.
Why do I stay with this overpriced company? Ugh!!! To think I have been with this company for nearly 20 years....
