We switched 6 lines from AT&T to Verizon last February'24 because of the store promotion of $300 gift cards per line switch. After how many trips back to the store and so many calls to the customer rep, following up on the gift cards, we only got 1 gift card so far. The supervisors (2 supervisors from the customer rep group) already sent an escalation to the rebate center and nothing is happening. Any help is welcome.
