After being a customer of Verizon since my very first cellphone, I have finally said goodbye. The rates kept increasing and are no longer competitive. I tried 3 times to get lower rates and was told no options existed for me without lowering service. After doing extensive research, I am now a customer of T/Mobile and saving $50 per month., plus got 2 new phones for free!! Too bad Verizon doesn’t value long term customers!
