I called Verizon more than two weeks ago I just became a customer about 4 months ago. I had my bill changed to a different date and now I have not had hot spot service, the only reason I went to Verizon mind you. Spent about 10 hours on the phone with repeated hang ups, rarely called back, lied to about outages that didnโt happen etc. I am getting a lawyer they tied me into a junk IPhone and refuse to give me the service I paid for and then make tickets to fix my service which I have not had working now for about 3 weeks. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR PIECE OF MIND PLS.
