I don't understand HOW you can raise prices during a contract?! This has never happened with ALL years with Verizon! If you can raise my plan, then I should be able to CHANGE plans during the contract! This is a terrible business plan and will hurt Verizon who I used to love.

We never take price adjustments lightly, and we want to make sure you're being charged properly on your bill. You can always take a look at our plans here: https://www.verizon.com/plans/unlimited/ If you see anything that would benefit you, you're definitely free to change your plan without any problems. I also recommend checking your My Offers here: https://m.vzw.com/P27pY8M0 to take advantage of any discounts.

Hello, CNJETER, we want to ensure that you are receiving the most out of your plan. Did you receive a message letting you know that your Smartwatch Data & Safety perk needs to be added so you can continue to receive this benefit?

What is the point of a contract if Verizon just decides to change it?
Verizon has me and my family in the middle of a 3 year contract and they decide to raise our rates?? How convenient that you are able to do this whenever you want to.
I see from a different post that we can go select a different plan if we'd like to. The problem is that we entered into the 3 year agreement with the plan we chose as this was the right one for our family.
Now, to keep our costs down, we would have to downgrade to a lesser service?
Terrible customer service Verizon. You sure showed who you are by this move. Shame on you.

Why are you not offsetting the time increases happen to after our contracts have run their course. Havenโt even had my watch half a year into the contract and you want to charge me 50% more a month. Thatโs not nessasary, thatโs greed. How much in profits does Verizon increase every year?

You aren't in a contract. Verizon is terrible for doing this, and all of my watch lines will be canceled as a result, but no one has been in a contract for years.

Are all Verizon Wireless plans getting the $5/mo Watch increase? I never got an email (I wouldn't put it past my email service to lose it) and I'm on a large Unlimited Plus family plan with 2 watch plans.

Our family is in a similar situation with five Apple watches purchase through Verizon. We are still paying off our watches โ there are five of them โ and the additional charge for each line puts this out of our budget. I would appreciate any help or recommendations the forum can offer.
Thank you in advance!

I call utter LIES on a 50% increase when I have less than 2 bars of service with CRAWLING speeds as we speak even though it says โ5Gโ.
My partner has Verizon and a Newer iPhone and his phone takes over 1-2 minutes to load a simple webpage in this area while mine does relatively well in town.

The Company runs a promotion in November to give people ""free" watches, adds them in mass to plans and then RAISES the cost on watches that share with a phone. Attrocious. WE KEEP A CALENDER AND MARK THE DAYS UNTIL WE CAN LEAVE!
