MMS not sending or receiving

My MMS messages keep failing to send or come in, it's very frustrating. The fix is to call Verizon and have them restart the service. This happens ~10 times a month, it's really annoying.

I was sent a new SIM card which I was told would resolve the issue. It hasn't. Can someone please fix this issue for good? It seems like the only fix is switching from Verizon.

Is there anything I can do on my end to resolve this issue when it happens?

Also, does this seem to happen only in one location, or does it occur in multiple locations?

Hi Izzy,

 

This issue has been present since I switched to Verizon 6 months ago. My zip code is 11385. This issue is not location-specific - it has happened in multiple places.

There are no other lines on my account. SMS is working without issue.
