Why do new customers, www.verizon.com/plans/unlimited, get cheaper monthly rates than existing customers who have been with Verizon for years?
You don't discount phones anymore, make me call in to get loyalty discounts, and deal with service issues more now than ever.

When I try to change to the new unlimited promo plan for 25 bucks I keep getting sorry error page. Is this to prevent existing customers from getting this offer, or must I call and speak w a rep? Thanks

That is cheap, if I want to update its $80, $70, .... It's like they want you to leave and come back later. Btw... until last month they charged me $60/ line for 5G start. Now for over a month,I can't use my data at all when I leave town.
