New line and new phone

I contacted Verizon about a new phone and an extra line. I was sold a line and an IPhone 15 pro on terms that were decent that I can afford. After receiving and setting up said phone, I looked at my upcoming bill. It is almost 100$ more than what I was told. This same situation happened on my first phone purchase over 4 years ago. I let that one go. No more. This company does people wrong because no one gives names so they supposedly canโt trace a โrecordedโ call. You guys are a joke and are treating customers like they are too. I will be taking my business elsewhere
