I currently have the 5G get more plan.
I am thinking of switching to the Unlimited Ultimate plan in order to get the $10 a month per plan auto pay discount.
Is the basic Apple Music subscription still included in the new plan?
If it is not, what perk do I need to select to keep the Apple Music subscription?
Also what other things are different with the new plan as in what is added, taken away and changed?
I need it explained in easy to understand terms.

I have ultimate and just got this email
While we continue to offer Auto Pay benefits, your $10/line discount will be reduced to $5/mo. and your bill will increase starting on or after 10.10.2024. However, your current plan price and benefits will remain unchanged. You also have the option of moving to myPlan, where you’ll receive an Auto Pay discount of $10/mo for every line you switch.

None of the new plans come with any perks. You can pick at choose and get a discount through Verizon vs buying directly through each subscription you want.

Didn't think they did.
I didn't see an actual individual Apple Music perk and only saw an Apple One perk and Apple Music Family perk.
I have no desire for Apple TV+, Apple Arcade and iCloud+ and I am the only one who uses Apple Music so I do not need a family plan which means neither of those two perks will be right for me.
So unless I am somehow missing an individual Apple Music subscription perk, I will have no choice but to stay with the older plan even though the new plans do offer things that are much better than the older plans.
That said does the Apple Music Family perk allow using one Apple music account on up to 5 devices at the same time? If so then that might work for me as sometimes I use Apple Music at work or home and go somewhere and use it in my car, but if I forget to close one it will sometimes tell me I'm using it on another device.

We currently offer the Apple One only. The value with Apple is $16.99 with your perk you are getting more with a $6.99 savings per month. Take your time and review the plans and benefits, let us know if we can help with any other questions. We are just one message away.

Does the Apple Music family plan mean I can listen to Apple Music using one account on up to 5 devices?

Great question, with the family plan, you can have different iCloud accounts set up their own Apple Music account. You can have multiple devices use the same Apple Music account. Here is a link with more details: http://spr.ly/6604WTu3a

The Apple one subscription through Verizon is $1 cheaper than Apple Music alone if you go through Apple. And you get a streaming service and games as a bonus. Even if you never use the 2 bonuses, it’s still $1 cheaper.

I switched from Get More to Ultimate, knowing I'd be paying for Apple Music as a perk. However, it's the Apple Music Family. So I was able to save my daughter $ by adding her to my Family account. As a veteran, I get the perks for $8.88 and as such I also saved $5 on YouTube Premium perk.
