I don't feel I have the fortitude needed to understand when and where I signed up for Home Device Protection. Signing up with Verizon Ultimate Plus is a difficult exercise. I don't wish it upon anyone. What is the best way to get support, in person, phone support, or online?

I now see on my a credit on my next month's estimated bill. The Home Device Protection was removed.
