Hello.
I paid off my Samsung Z Fold 4 and closed my Verizon account because I moved out of the country.
How do I remove the Verizon bootware and apps from the phone? The SIM card message appears all the time as well.
Please advise if you have the solution.
Thank you.

Hello Tashatashatasha. We understand of the importance of removing any unwanted apps or bootware we're no longer using. With our Samsung Galaxy devices we recommend uninstalling or disabling the apps by opening settings, select Apps, find the app you want to remove or disable, tap Uninstall or Disable. Please note, some apps are system apps and cannot be removed only disabled. Have you tried these steps?
