On my bill we have 4 phones. It says "minutes" as in calls with the amount of minutes used. The other is " text messaging" with a number say, one phone says " 124" the other " 76" another ."227" etc. what does this number mean? And why can't I see the numbers being text or received? I know iMessage doesn't show on bills. So what are these text messages assuming it's SMS, why can't I see the number being text to and or received?

Hello, PointBreak90. Help is here. Please tell us more. Which texting application are you using? Any short code to a business such as a bank?

Im using an IPhone and Im aware that doesn't show up on bills. But each line on my plan has a number of texts on the data usage. But I have no info who is texting out phones or who out phones are texting. I assume these are texts send off of wifi? But if they are SMS messages why can I see the numbers?

PointBreak90, typically, when you see these numbers, they are due to a PSMS (premium short message service). For example, if you receive an advertisement from a seller or bank to complete authentication (just examples for you).
