Hi! I graduated from high school this year and recently got my own phone plan. I have been trying to login and get my phone number linked to my account, but every time I try the app always says, "That mobile number is not eligible for linking ". I have gone to a local Verizon store but the customer service didn’t help. I’m not sure what to do because I already have a cellular data plan and I need to cancel the Verizon plan before I get charged. Thanks help is appreciated!
Hey there, Abby2024, congrats on your graduation! We know it's important to be able to sign in and manage yoru account. To make sure we're on the same page, are you unable to sign in to My Verizon at all? Do you currently have a prepaid cell phone plan?
