Hi all, as consumer of Verizon Wireless products and representative - we have an unbelievable amount of latency with our network connection to our nearest tower.

The Verizon store location and surrounding area is experiencing a poor connection and issues with calling / text messaging/ data where calls are not able to go through or the data connection is too slow to use. Issues with activations and orders are also an issue at the store location.
Please advise if a tower repair or improvement can be made in order to keep our consumers and business up and running at all times.
