Trouble figuring out my new rate

I too got the AutoPay reduction. It's ridiculous - note to Verizon: if you want me off the other plan, fine. But stop feeding me this garbage that the new plan is somehow better. Just be honest that you are unhappy that I'm not paying more and you're doing something about it.

Now, on to my question: I decided to move a couple lines to myplan - the ones that don't use the 5GB hotspot, as those are cheaper (I THOUGHT) than I'm paying now after the $3 surcharge. I would probably move even more lines if they put the 5GB hotspot back, pretty chintz.

Here's my question - my estimated bill never matches the price it quotes. I have five lines, autopay, and home+fios.  So for the cheapest plan I pay $[phone number removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]+3 or 23. For the new plan, they say it will be 22. Great, cheaper!

But then when I move, it tells me that I'm losing home+fios, and the estimated bill shows a price of $27, with no autopay or other discount. So what's that about? Will home+fios kick in at $5 when I change despite the estimated bill? What about auto-pay - is that baked in to the $27? This is super confusing and the website is really unhelpful.
