I got into a car accident and couldn't work. I was unable to keep my payment promise and understandably got my service disconnected. I am since back to work and just paid the full balance of what I owe. Yet, my service was not restored within an hour. As a matter of fact, my number couldn't even be verified.
I am incredibly frustrated; I work in a remote location miles away from my home and rely on public transit bus system to get around.
I'm wondering why the service has not been restored despite me paying a lot of money today to bring my account current.
